Hmmmm
Trading at 3.90
Some obviously thinks its worth more.   The timing is interesting as CEN is
due to release its result in November (end of Nov I think) so who gets the
dividend if one sells at end of Nov?
What happens if the sellers are reluctant to sell at $3.85 under the new
takeover rules ?
