Bruce/Brian,
I'm no lawyer so I'm not sure how long there offer lasts for.It seems 
unusual that the share price is trading above the offer price??Why would 
this be??I wonder who sold the 5% to Logan allowing them to creep 5%?If it 
was 1 of the directors then surely this must be outside there trading window 
because the 6m result is due out shortly.I seem to recall a previous insider 
trading issue with certain PRG directors before?Surely lightning carn't 
strike twice?
We can all remember a few years ago when Skellerup/Boulton tried to take 
over PRG.The Independant directors said it was worth substantially more than 
the bid price so the offer failed.We then saw the share price drop to under 
60c which proved how stupid the indepentant directors where by not 
recommending the deal.Hopefully the independant directors don't make the 
opposite mistake and and see us screwed a second time.
