Hi Peter.

How do you interpret Cisco and JDSU's recent indications that some signs of stability are beginning to emerge? http://www.fool.com/news/2001/glw011004.htm Are these bell-wether companies talking up the market or are there indeed signs that inventory problems have been rectified and that the base is in site?
