Nick,
      SOE is only about 16% below its all time high, in a confirmed uptrend, 
and rising fast. Patience man!
  The chart of SOE shown below is a near perfect example of Support/Resistance 
levels, and trading using trendline breaks as Buy/Sell signals.
  If this sort of thing does not persuade doubters of the worth of Technical 
analysis, it is my belief that nothing ever will.
