Hi Jared, Good to hear from you and welcome to ShareChat. One of the reasons Frucor is gaining ground at the moment is speculation over who will be purchasing Bain Capital's shareholding. There's some talk it could be Cadbury Schweppes or another company. If a larger beverage company does end up purchasing the stake there would be some excellent synergies for Frucor as distribution is the key to the company's success. In saying that though I'm sure investors realised the post Sept 11th sell down was a bit of an overreaction for a stock of this nature. Check out the posts about Frucor made on the Forum on Monday - they expand on what I've said here. Best Regards Ben Dutton (Disc do not hold Frucor - but my mum does :-). ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jared Honore" <nzeaglei@hotmail.com> To: <sharechat@sharechat.co.nz> Sent: Wednesday, October 03, 2001 10:13 AM Subject: [sharechat] Frucor > Hi all, > > I have been lurking here, just reading, for about a month, and have finally > built up the courage to post!
