A private emailer approached me with the request to
make a clearer distinction between NTA and Price.
( The last post in an example used price, when in
effect NTA was meant ).
I am quite happy to add the word " NTA " to the
existing formula and the new one reads now:
NTA of 1 RBC
= ( price of ) 1.76 FFS + 48 cents
Example: At the current FFS price
of 26 cents, the NTA of RBC is 94 cents but
RBC sells at 66 cents, a discount of
30%!
Should future developments proceed with reasonable
results including a sale of FFS, then I expect a rapid close of
the ( NTA - Price ) gap!
