[sharechat] RBC Buy Signal

 Rubicon broke its downward trendline today, giving a Buy signal at 66 cents. 
While this may be the end of the downtrend, anyone particularly risk-averse may 
wish to wait for an uptrend to be confirmed. This is the safest point to make 
any entry, and occurs when there is a higher High after a higher Low.
