Overlooked & undervalued S.I. retailer. Has strong sales, market share & earnings growth. SCY now has with its wholly owned Powerstere chain, 30 stores covering the whole South Island.T.O. is $165mil. Good divi yield & low P.E. trading at substancial discount to a very conservative asset backing. There is an interesting article on page 31 of todays Christchurch Press re future development of their Christchurch flagship store.
