Hi Ben,
There was some coverage in Wellington [the Evening Post I think] earlier
this week. The article stopped short of definitively saying the float was
oversubscribed but intimated this was so. Perhaps they were just quoting
Forbar. Maybe you could ask them as the brokers in charge of the listing.

Wakefield float
                (you're right, it does list tomorrow) - do you know if it
was "over
                subscribed" or just "well subscribed"?
