A hijacker is a person who who takes over the course of a vessel for 
their own ends.  GPG saw a company going cheap and moved in.  Good on 
them, as this is what they are paid to do (serve their shareholders 
interests).  In return the skills they brought to the board of 
Wrightson which the then current board did not have were .......???

Wrightson did not need GPG, IMHO.
