[sharechat] EBIT & EBITDA Multiples

To those in the known out there I just wanted to check that I had things right.

A companies EBITDA multiple is: Enterprise Value/EBITDA

Enterprise Value = (Market Cap + Debt) - (Cash & Cash Equivalents)

And EBIT is the same except with EBIT, is that vaguely right?
