But I wonder if the poor out of pocket shareholders of the old TMN feel 
aggrieved that Jones has managed to start afresh.

Sure - Jones no doubt lost a lot as well (mostly on paper) but it was him 
and his mates which pushed the price up to near $1 in the months before it 
went belly up.

Jones a brillant salesman - but .................

I'll leave it at that before I get into trouble.

By the way - no interest in TMN
