Derek and Michael, Your suggestion about rising electricity prices and the 
rising CEN price are quite correct. Some local brokers were pointing out 
over two months ago that companies like Contact, with strong generation 
assets, were in a very strong position. One comment: "Edison Mission, when 
they bought into Contact, had a long-term perspective of how the electricity 
sector, globally, would shape up."      Cheers
