[sharechat] Dorchester Pacific & Fundamental Analysis/Closer Examination

I was glad to see Dorchester have an increase of 19.8% of NPAT, but on
closer examination it seems that there are some underlying problems and
this demonstrates why having a closer look at the results often pays off.

NPAT increased 19.8%
Revenues increases 28%

Earnings before Tax (EBT)  -19%
Tax Credits +$26,000

Free Cash Flow from Operating Activities (FCFOA)
2000: $5,112,917
2001: $3,512,482
Change -31.3%

FCFOA/Revenue
2000: 20.3%
2001: 10.9%
Change -9.4%

EBT/Revenue
2000: 14.6%
2001: 9.2%
Change -5.4%
