1. A web site reported that the CEO of
FFS while in Europe, had mentionened that the stock ought to be
worth at least 45 cents now. It rose to 33 cents, today.
I mentioned previously that the NTA value was about
57 cents / share.
2. I also suggested that there could
be some quick buying back of RBC shares.
An article quoted the Receiver saying that he
thought that the sale of the outstanding CNIF forest
should be completed before the end of this year.
( At one stage I thought that the
Receiver was waiting for some signs of a pending recovery of log
prices in order to get a better price ).
It is therefore possible that
RBC Directors will have more time available for a
buy-back.
