Matthew,

The system is changing.  You need to appy thru your broker for a CSN and
FIN.  The CSN (common shareholder number) is unique to you and is used
across all registrys.  The FIN is like a pin number.  When you buy and sell
your shares you advise your broker of your CSN number.

If you own shares but don't have a CSN allocated to you, apply for a CSN
through your broker.  The broker will then link your current share holdings
to the new CSN.

Probably sounds a bit more complicated than it is.
