As far as I know, this city has a lot of retirees and tends to be somewhat conservative.

The " tired looking " top floor is set for a spruce-up shortly but, as I understand, SKC wants to use any profits made in Aussie for this job. That is good thinking!

They are bound to " look after some sport clubs " and engage in community affairs as they do in Auckland!

It is early days yet but from other sources, I heard that SKC is making a good impression!
