cant  you  see  sky with  full takeover  in  ,mind  eventually

i  cant  see any  other  reason  for  51%  holding   especially  when force  isnt  exactly setting the  world on  fire .

they  (sky  investments  offered  all shareholders  the  same  deal as francis  25  cents)

sky  would  from  now  on  imho  only  be adding   value  to  force  hence  they  might  wish  they had  offered  more than  25  cents  in the beginning  ,  a later  offer  might  cost  them  a  lot  more  (for  value  they have added  )

I am a SKC shareholder and for that reason did not want to advise investors to accept the 25 cent takeover bid!

 

I can't speak for SKC but suggest that:

 

Francis got a good price for his stock.

 

Investors should have accepted the 25 cent offer.

 

SKC will charge fees for services required by Force!

 

However, if earnings will rise sufficiently, the Force price could rise. Any outlook will have to be for more than just 12 months, though!
