For what its worth. The artificial heart transplant is in the headlines all over Europe. At least in Austria, Switzerland, & Germany. The articles are highly informative and I would post the link if they wouldn't be in german language.

The artificial heart Abiocor has been developed by Abiomed Inc. www.abiomed.com

It took place at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville KY http://www.jewishhospitalheartlung.org/
