[sharechat] IBA & TAG & stop-losses

Good news for TAG followers, a positive announcement from IBA has got their
shares pointing north & there will be further upside IMHO.

P.S. Bought IBA at 19.5c and a stop-loss policy would have stuffed me on
this one. So I'm glad I don't use them as a matter of course.
