3. CALCULATION OF VALUES:

 

BOUGHT ( A 1 + A 2 ):                      $ NZ 49.44

INCREASE ( $ NZ ):  20.0 % since Dec. 5, 2000.( Was 15.9 % on May 20, 2001 ).

 

Notes: Mean weighted date of investment: Dec 5, 2000(ev.) as per post of Jan.22, 2001. Therefore, the full year's investing will be completed on Dec 5, 2001.

 

Re AFF: The recommendation was cancelled after the Annual Meeting.

 

4. Dividends of NZ 47 cents and AUS 25 cents were received. After allowing for brokerage and stamp duty on the shares bought, NZ 20 cents were left. LAC had a cash issue earlier this year and the 1/8 right which was sold, was worth 4 cents.

 

5. Other: There are 2 stocks which were recommended much later and are not part of the portfolio:

 

MIG: Recommended in the beginning of May @ $A 2.67, now $A 3.01 ( + 12.7 % ).

 

MMD: Recommended on April 26, when the stock was $ A 0.50 and it sells today @ $ A 0.77 ( + 54.0 % ).
