[sharechat] Off market Transfers of NZ shares

Hi Snoopy,
I have done this several times and it is a very simple procedure.
The form has always been supplied to me by my broker and I have 
just completed it detailing the two parties involved and sent it away 
to the registry.
No problems ever encountered.
I may still have a blank form here that I will scan and email through 
to you if I can find it.
