About comments on Frucor, I do not know if I could be classified as a Frucor fanatic, but as far as their strategy and progress is going I am still 100% behind them, and have not sold. I think you will agree with me when I say that an growth company will have hiccups in their strategy and progress...let me draw your attention to Frucor Beverages Group (NZSE:FRU) - Problems with UK distribution. Waste Management (NZSE:WAM) - Not getting the Auckland Rubbish Collection contracts caned their price and they are still down. The Warehouse (NZSE:WHS)- Australian growth problems that I am sure you will all be aware of, they were caned also and have only recovered partially. Computershare (ASX:CPU)- Analysts doubts about their ability to reach their goals in the US share registry market, this was followed by a sharp sell off. Only partially recovered. I don't follow Comsoft (NZSE) , but I read that they have had problems with their receivables and therefore have suffered from a huge selloff. Going back a little Sky City (NZSE:SKC) was hit when the reds came to power about the regulation of casinos in New Zealand and the possiblity of increased taxation. They when to low 6 or high 5 if my memory serves, they have recovered fantastically. So I just wanted to make the point that when you buy into a growth compnaies story you really have to be prepared for a few upsets along the way. A large part of my portfolio is Frucor Beverages Group Limited and I am considering increasing my stake at this low price. Just my thoughts Phil (Hold FRU & SKC, but none of the others mentioned) _________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- http://www.sharechat.co.nz/ New Zealand's home for market investors ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- To remove yourself from this list, please use the form at http://www.sharechat.co.nz/forum.shtml.
