[sharechat] Mangement's Ability & Baycorp Holdings Limited

I have done Baycorp from 95-98, they did a share split which confuses things 
greatly so I avoided recent periods. They came out with a 38.5% return on 
retained earnings. They do have a high dividend payout though.

1998    0.29    0.27
1997    0.235   0.22
1996    0.183   0.17
1995    0.129   0.115

Total Earnings          $0.837
Total Dividends         $0.775
Retained Earnings       $0.062

Change in EPS 98 on 95  $0.161
Return 0.062/0.161      38.5%
