I would'nt be wasting my time worrying about IBA for a month or three, it is still in weekly frame sagging downward, and daily frame, in classic sideways mode. I'd like to see it bouncing on the top side of 40 cents before I'd be interested (not that that's any recommendation)

I don't know what IBA does, but its' chart looks like all the rest of the techies..hopeless, call again next year !
