Hey,

You have asked what seem to be two simple questions.  Is now a good time to
buy, and secondly which is better.  Here's my simple answer which is likely
to provide a nice contrast with the inevitable later complex answers.

Firstly. It is a good time (IMHO) to buy AIA right now.  Conversely it is
not a good time (IMHO) to buy WHS now, I would be waiting a while to see how
things pan out in Oz. (disc - hold neither).
