Wierd posting if I can say so.  You imply that a psychic or an
astrologer could provide better information than technical analysis. 
Actually, a psychic or astrologer are of more use to a fundamentalist. 
A fundamentalist guesses the future price based on variables such as
forecasts and profit/loss statements etc. 

Who knows where the share price may get to on that information? 
Actually, I have the answer to that.  A technical analyst knows because
he/she (gotta be PC here!) is watching the "actual" price movements
compared with the "possible" price movements that a fundamentalist is
concerned with.  So on that note, I gotta say I disagree with you
totally.
