(a)Michael Lehman (Chief Financial Officer and Exec.Vice President of Queste Communications)

(b)Cliff Dodd Information Officer and Exec.Vice President(further details on smh Website)

(c)Lindsay Kelly Ex Pirelli Cables Australia as Company Secretary and Non-Excectutive Director.

(d) replacing two existing Directors.
