That is a very interesting question, one, I had'nt thought of !
 
I was wondering how CAH  would get the Commission's approval as there would be dominance issues involved.
 
But a joint venture could be a solution but will it go ahead?
 
There is also some speculation arising from the CNIFP and the question as to FFS taking on more debt.
 
If FFS were prepared for sale then Weyerhauser may be interested. But it might not be interested in the CNIFP.
Then again, it could and follow this up by buying FFS as well!
 
The owners of the former TPP paper mills would get an immediate approval from the Commission, but I can't see them being interested. Any other party would get an approval as well.
 
RBC and FFS shareholders would be keen to get out of forestry as long as they can get a good price, I think!
 
Anybody else wanting to comment?
