Company Directors who think that all it takes to build
a company is to take over others lack the innovative
approach required in today's markets.  Remember
Brieleys...??  ...Air NZ will follow it down  others
in this mindset include .GMF..Fletchers..Restaurant
Brands.

Often they find what is brought is revenue and pumped
up profits.  What is needed is innovation and real
competitive advantage?

What has AirNZ to offer Ansett other than a few $ in
savings?
