IMO this company has been a mismanaged shambles
for years. I detailed some oh the history in a post some months ago, you should
be able to find it using the search facility. It is almost as if they have
deliberately gone out to drive away their customer base, in the South Island PGG
and the rural co-ops have been eating their lunch for for a long time amd I
doubt whether they can claw back the lost business - the farming community has a
long memory
If there was ever a time to make money in the
rural servicing sector it is now and WRI did show an improvement in NZ in their
latest results, they had to. But they were dragged down by losses in their
Australian operations which they are now trying to sell.
I think there are better buys in the sector, PGG for one
although it is unlisted.
Cheers
