would any of the new zealand knowledgable investors like to speculate on how 
good a fit the australian discount retailer HARRIS SCARFE would be for the 
warehouse no branches that are obvious in brisbane for a knowledgable answer 
from me. a recievership sale might be a bargain if it is a good fit
