Just my thoughts on the matter
Rubicon has just acquired a large proportion of FFS (17 plus % ??) and will
persumably be looking to off load them to free up cash asthe Challenge
petrol stations are a lemon along with the capsone shares and the NMZ
refining stake that will be struggling to find a home. To my mind the
easiest way for Rubicon to get rid of this shares is via a trade sale that
could possibly be the foundation of a takeover bid??? - especially with
citic wanting to resolve the partnership liquadation quickly.
Alternatively if Rubicon does drip feed their FFSPA shares onto the market,
it may be a good time to switch from the ords to the prefs - as if citic
does show any interest in FFS then perhaps it might be valuable being a
preferred shareholder.

Any thoughts

Matthew
