I'm struggling to make sense of some of these posts....John you say you have 
been looking to exit CEN and sold today at $2.93 in the midst of bad 
news..why didn't you do so yesterday when it traded up to $3.15, or the day 
b4 when it was around $3.09.

I spoke to my broker yesterday about CEN, i was reminded to bear in mind 
that as interest rates decline, high yielding stocks come into favour.
Mentioned also was that he couldn't see CEN dropping 10% from its current 
levels....it duly drops 5.5% today, so what do you do with them.

Stuff your pillow with them and sleep on them..............:-)
