Mr. Ashford,
I suppose you mean well by trying to
promote correct writing, but we all make errors! Often, we don't see these
till we have a contribution in print!
I have noticed you before, correcting input
from chatters and I wish you would stop this.
In my opinion, it impedes the flow of input
and stop creative and potential contributors sending in work!
Readers would welcome your creativity and feel
that it could be better expressed by a personal contribution, such as
a treatise on the present economic status of NZ.
Even a comment on share prices will do!
And then be ready to be critisized! Much more
fulfilling than just using a dictionary, in my
opinion!
