I am one such person and I do not resile (sorry my email program doesn't have a thesaurus) from my previous comments.
I repeat my opinions: Transrail has never been consistently profitable. It generates insufficient cash flow to repay investors, fund improvements, or maintain assets. The N Z Government will ultimately end up with the responsibility of running the the N Z rail network.
If David Ling and like minded persons disagree and wish to invest, good on them. It will postpone the day in which I as a taxpayer have to reach into my pockets.
