Gerry, A friend
of mine who turned vege (in NZ) informed me that if you saw what a poultry
chicken (in NZ) looked like you wouldn’t eat chicken anymore, he reckons they
are fed steroids etc and suffer from sores etc. Not a nice
thought eh? Don’t know how true it is but don’t go thinking that NZ
farmers/poultry/meat cos etc are all squeaky clean just because they come from
NZ!! Our environmental record isn’t totally clean and green just fewer of us doesn’t
make the impact so bad! Cheers
