Unless there are some fundamental flaws in the Company we have not been 
informed about, I see todays  39 cent (21.8%)  fall as a fairly severe 
over-reaction. The market has shown the dissapointed expectations from the 
latest forecast profit down-grade. The last I read from J.B. Were was a buy 
at around $2.80 with a DCF valuation of around $3.60 (Prior to the latest 
down-grade)

Often a good time to buy (or sell) is during a market over-reaction.

I bought more today at $1.40.(Just regaining today's fall will return 27.8%, 
but I do have a long term view)
