[sharechat] IRC chat room qtn for Greg Cross

I have been unable to connect to the IRC due to my company having a proxy 
server. 
Can you please ask:
"a) can you please explain the 3 year support service agreement, Aldridge 
Punter has with Air New Zealand and which specific applications APL will be 
providing Air New zealand to 'run' the airline. 
b) What affect will the current Air New Zealand reservation system review (NZ 
Infotech issue 475, page 1) have on this agreement and revenue to the Advantage 
Group".
