So who bought the 22.8m new shares which equates to around 9%
of the increased share capital?
My money's on John Banks and his bee pollen businesses.
Read the following taken from an article in the Sunday Star-Times of 28 Jan
2001.
"We're taking our global group of companies to the (New
Zealand) stock exchange this year and we're negotiating for
a
cornerstone shareholding in a business on the main board," said Banks. "With that, we're going to give small investors the opportunity to come with us." |
