what are sharechatters opinions about the above breakup and sale, would it 
be possible to approve the breakup of fletcher challenge but block the sale 
of fletcher energy. leaving FEG as another stand alone company being subject 
to takeover and able to buy or sell assets would be a better deal for 
shareholders. the sale of this company at such a floating price due to the 
sale being in us dollars without locking in an exchange rate seems to me to 
be very detrimental to new zealand share holders especially the small 
shareholders all comment from sharechatters would be greatly appreciated
disclosure own shares in all three fletcher challenge divisions
