[sharechat] Contact Energy Directors' Fees

Why can't Edison Mission vote for the proposal, is it becasue they have
people on the board and will be essentially voting themselves and pay rise,
but other companies do that, so I don't quite understand why they can't?

Can anyone shed any light on this?
