The index is compared to the NZSE 40 which is not adjusted for dividends therefore the SGI would not be adjusted either.

The portfolios in the BTBC (Beat the Brokers Competition) will be adjusted for dividends and therefore should be benchmarked against the NZSE Gross Index.
