Subject: Re: [sharechat] FRUCOR
Exactly, all told a good result, we all knew the figures from
europe
would be down due to distribution
problems. In this part of the world they have performed
tremendously well, like mike says they set
themselves very high targets
and have come very close to achieving them.
Before the
float many people thought the figures in the prospectus were
ludicrously high and that the company would fall
flat on its face. Since listing
frucor have shown that they are a very ambitious
company, which is growing rapidly.
When the result was
announced the shares dropped back five cents, no doubt
due to the speculators taking quick profits from
the runup in price.
The fall i suspect had nothing to do with the
result itself which has to be seen as positive

With Frucor's highly optimistic growth figures
forecast in its prospectus, latest stats appear pretty impressive
IMHO! If profit's only 5% below bullish prospectus forecasts and the
company has distribution problems perhaps there will be even more earnings
growth once they get the distribution hassles ironed out?
Disc: Normally shy of growth stocks after
reading the likes of John Neff & David Dremen but couldn't resist FRU
after reading 'Beating the Street' by Peter Lynch.
