Interesting article in this morning's Sydney Morning Herald  regarding 
further signs that the Australian building industry is emerging from its 
slump.
-Dec housing finance up over 10% from Nov.
-Home lending in NSW up 11%-The best result since Feb last year
-"Dwelling investment should begin to contribute positively to GDP growth 
around mid-year."

Couple that with the possibility of falling interest rates in Aust and CAH 
could hopefully be at the beginning of a return to a much higher share 
price.
