I also thought this was a little "funny". Im like Mox and have been waiting
for an entry since doing some more research on FRU and seeing their base of
products and potential. I did a basic analysis on FIG group which shows even
if they miss earnings, they should do well over 3 yrs. I decided I would
like an entry at $1.70-$1.75 and before this announcement FRU was coming
into my range. I am just a little suspicious of the timing of this
announcement and the early revenue results due before EARNINGS (earnings
being the most important regards to short term movements because of
propectus) READ: I hope they are not about to FUDGE things a la
ADV...because the market does not wear such hype any more. I may be wrong
but tend to agree with Mox that if earnings dont meet $20.4m as expected,
there could be my buying opportunity. I dont believe I will pick them up
under $1.60 and if Im wrong (as Mox said) I will pay much more for new entry
if Im not quick. On that day in FEB, I will be at the computer waiting but
ATM I am happy to wait as that announcement has made me wary of softening
the reality of earnings.  FRU will perform well over the med term and they
are in my top 5 for 2001.
I hope FRU are doing well as Im just being selfish to want to pick up
cheaper...damn $1.75 was looking nice.
