[sharechat] BCL & Telstra Saturn

After the 393 round BCL (Broadcast Communications Limited - TVNZ)) and
Telstra-Saturn seem to have bid together for a 2G lot for some reason,
anyone know whats happening? Is it the digital TV thing happening that they
signed a agreement about last year. The link follows:
