[sharechat] Fed cuts further

The Fed has now cut the discount rate by a further 0.25% (cut 0.25% Wednesday) and bringing it into line with the main rate (cut 0.5% Wednesday)

Presumably to reinforce the point.

Bush looks more like the monkey to Greenspan, the organgrinder.
