A stab in the dark by a detective with no actual
knowledge: The government. Reason, they want the
current stock exchange to retain its monopoly so that
they can hold it ransom extorting money using big
scary men with guns threatening the opening of a new
rival sucking lots of money out so they can afford
hemp curtains, learjets, and keep up their supply of
certain drinks and pills for mps (note drink not v and
pills not tic tacs) Just a suggestion.
