Correction to my email of Dec 12, 23:03.

Last sentence should read:

" I have met a small number of world class NZ directors; I regret to say that other directors have acted as 'undertakers'."

Clarification:

The word 'undertakers', refers to those who witnessed the disappearance of their company.They may not necessarily have contributed to the downfall of the company.
